These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spiderfest UK website (the “Website”) and your attendance at SPIDERFEST (the “Festival”), located in Poundffeld Farm, 3 Crosses, Gower. By accessing the Website, purchasing tickets, or attending the Festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General
1.1. The Festival and Website are operated by Spider Music Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered in the UK.
1.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or attendance at the Festival after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3. All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered except in the event of the full cancellation of the Festival by the organisers, as outlined in our refund policy available on the Website.
1.4. The Festival schedule, artists, and billed attractions are subject to change at any time without notice.
1.5. The Festival is an outdoor event. It will take place regardless of weather conditions, except in the case of severe weather posing a safety risk, as determined solely by the organisers. Attendees must come prepared for all weather.
1.6. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Festival site for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, or annoyance, or for failure to comply with these Terms or the reasonable requests of Festival staff and security.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all content on the Website is the property of Spider Music Ltd, its affiliates, or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
