When You Can Get a Refund
We will refund your ticket in the following circumstances only:
(a) The Festival is cancelled
(b) The Festival is moved to another date and you cannot attend the new date
(c) There is a significant change to the event after you purchase your ticket
Significant changes means: change of headline act, venue, date, or time
When You Cannot Get a Refund
We cannot refund your ticket after the Festival has taken place.
If you buy a ticket and then cannot attend, we are unable to offer a refund. Please contact us in advance if you have an issue – we may be able to help, but refunds are not guaranteed.

No Resale
Please do not resell your Festival ticket. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
